| 试验方法与验收规则 Test methods and acceptance rules 每个电加热器在装配完毕后，在常温下用500V兆欧表测量其绝缘电阻不得低于50 M Ω。并经受1500V耐压试验，历时1min而无击穿或闪路现象。然后在空气中于额定工作电压下通电加热2-3min，不得有过热现象，且绝缘电阻不得低于0.5 M Ω，泄漏电流每千瓦不大于0.5mA。并检测其功率，是否符合订货要求（偏差±5%），试验后，检查电加热器各部分是否完整无缺。 After each electric heater is assembled, its insulation resistance must not be less than 50 M_measured by 500V megohm meter at room temperature. After 1500V voltage withstanding test, it lasted 1 minute without breakdown or flashover. Then heated in air at rated working voltage for 2-3 minutes without overheating, and insulation resistance should not be less than 0.5 M_, leakage current per kilowatt should not be less than 0.5 MA.
